Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Federal Retirement USA LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through federalretirementusa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Information you give us

We collect the information you type into the forms on this website:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and message.
  • Postal Employee Benefits form: your name, phone number, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your date of birth, date of hire, mailing address, your answers about your benefits, and the time you would like us to call.
  • Review and feedback forms: your name, contact details, position, your ratings and comments, and, if you choose to provide them, the names and phone numbers of people you think would benefit from a benefits review.

If you give us information about another person, such as a co-worker you refer to us, please make sure they are comfortable with us contacting them.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • respond to your request and schedule your benefits review;
  • provide retirement education and the services you ask for;
  • follow up with people you refer to us;
  • improve our services using your feedback.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles your information for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

  • Website forms: form submissions are delivered to us by our website form service, which stores each submission and sends it to our email and to a spreadsheet we keep.
  • Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the form. Cloudflare may collect technical information from your browser for this check.
  • Website hosting: this website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as your IP address) when you visit.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records that you visited our website so we can measure and improve our advertising on Meta. Meta may use cookies for this and handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Our Let’s Talk page shows a Google Map of our office. Google may collect information when the map loads, under Google’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and as long as we are required to by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, call or email us using the details below.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
