With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, David Upchurch has witnessed many families and Federal Employees struggle with financial management, particularly when it comes to their federal benefits. While they often excel in service and sales, managing money can be a significant challenge. This realization inspired David to dedicate his career to mastering finance and building meaningful relationships that allow him to genuinely help others achieve their retirement goals.

David became a licensed insurance professional in 2003 and has a true passion for assisting clients with their insurance and financial needs. His top priority is always doing what’s best for the client, and over the past 23 years, he has built many valuable and lasting relationships along the way, making him a trusted contact for retirement planning.

David and his wife, Rhonda, live in Medina, TN, and have been happily married for 33 years. They have two grown children—Emma Upchurch and Mackenna, along with her husband, Jordan—and are proud grandparents to Annaclaire Rose, who recently turned two. Their family cherishes time together, especially by the backyard pool.

Faith plays a central role in David’s life. He serves as a Deacon at Oakfield Baptist Church and as Vice President of Jabez Ministries, an organization dedicated to helping those in need, particularly in the Appalachian Mountain region of Eastern Kentucky.

 For several years, Jeff Hedges has dedicated himself to serving others with a passion for helping people prepare for their financial future. His goal is not only to guide those who are nearing or entering retirement, but also to support individuals still in the early and mid-stages of their careers who are seeking direction.

Jeff often reminds people that while life’s daily responsibilities can feel overwhelming, retirement planning is too important to push aside. He believes preparation is a key component of a healthy and confident retirement, and he encourages everyone to start the conversation—no matter where they are on their journey. In his words, “The worst thing you can do is never start preparing at all.”

Whether you are just beginning your plan, halfway to your goals, or looking to maximize your nest egg, Jeff believes meaningful conversations are the best place to begin. His mission is to serve others with the same care and dedication he would want for himself and his family.

Jeff and his wife, Corby, live in Hot Springs, AR, where they are raising four children—Garrison and Gatlynn, who are currently in college, and Baylee and Brielle, who are in high school and middle school. Family is central to Jeff’s life, and much of their time is spent enjoying ballgames and simple moments together.

Faith is the foundation of Jeff’s life and values. He and his family are active members of Second Baptist Church, where faith, love, respect, and kindness guide everything they do. These principles shape the way Jeff approaches both life and his work—always with a heart to serve.

Over the years, Colton has built his career around listening first, educating second, and ensuring every client walks away with confidence in their decisions. Whether it’s planning for retirement, creating income strategies, or protecting a family legacy, he takes pride in tailoring each solution to fit the unique goals of the people he serves.

At the heart of his work is a simple belief: relationships and honest guidance matter more than transactions. He is committed to service, transparency, and helping people build lasting security for themselves and their loved ones.

Outside of work, Colton values time with his family above all else. He enjoys being outdoors, especially fishing, hiking, and finding time to simply soak in the fresh air. He also appreciates good conversations, community events, and the kind of slower moments that serve as reminders of what truly matters in life — family, faith, and connection.
